    Made from 304 Stainless steel. Widely used in lots of industries, such as chemical, medicine, dyes, food, fine chemicals(eg. washing powder), building materials, light chemicals. Spray automatically with volume no more than 15% because of material adsorption.

Operating principle

    As shown in the picture above, the electromagnetic stepless speed changes machine enters the principal axis by cycloid reducer, and running double helix around single axis at a certain speed. It makes the materials weightlessness in a short moment because of machine action. The materials stagger wildly. The convection generated to make them spread and mix without deflection, especially the materials that have large difference in proportion and particles. The mix precision is high and the mix is homogeneous. When the proportion of solid-solid mixing is 1:1000, the deviation is between 0.003% to 0.008%. The mixing speed is high. The speed of normal powder is only about 10 minustes. Low energy consumption which is 1/4 to 1/10 of a general mixer.
